Neuramis Enhancer in Busan Seomyeon, water held where skincare cannot reach.
Moisturiser sits on the surface. A skin booster places lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid inside the dermis, where it holds water for months — which is why the glow reads as skin quality rather than as product. ₩150,000 per cc at our Busan, Korea clinic. English, 日本語 and 中文 consults. Medically reviewed by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, MD.

Does This Sound Familiar?
What Busan patients ask before booking a hydration booster.
How is an injected booster different from good skincare?
Will it add volume, or only hydration?
How long do the little bumps last after injection?
Neuramis Enhancer or Water Glow — you have both?
How often would I need to repeat it?
All five come up most weeks in Busan. The sections below answer them in order — why depth beats topical application, the hydration-versus-volume distinction, an honest bump timeline, the booster assignment, and realistic maintenance.
Neuramis Enhancer · JRYN Seomyeon
What Is Neuramis Enhancer?
Hyaluronic acid, placed where it works.
Neuramis Enhancer is a lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid booster designed for placement rather than projection. Delivered in fine micro-injections across the dermis, it draws and holds water within the skin itself — improving hydration, light reflection and fine surface texture without adding contour.
That is the difference from topical hyaluronic acid, which cannot cross the barrier in any meaningful quantity and works chiefly at the surface. Injected HA holds water where the skin actually needs it, for months rather than hours. A standard course is three sessions at ₩150,000 per cc on our published list at our Busan, Korea clinic, with results holding three to six months before maintenance.
How It Works
The science, without the hype.
Placement, water-binding and light — the three-step logic.
01
Micro-injection placement
Fine deposits across the dermal plane rather than a single bolus — even distribution is what makes the glow uniform.
02
Water binding
Hyaluronic acid holds many times its weight in water, so hydration is sustained internally rather than reapplied hourly.
03
Light reflection
Plumper, better-hydrated cells scatter light evenly, which is what reads to the eye as glow.
04
Light cross-linking
Enough to persist for months, little enough to spread and integrate rather than sit as volume.
What Boosters Treat
Skin quality, not facial shape.
The examination separates hydration from volume and from density — three products, three problems.
Dry, dull skin
Hydration
Skin that scatters light poorly because it is chronically dehydrated.

Your Visit, Step by Step
Six steps at our Busan clinic, twenty to thirty minutes.
01
Cause reading
The doctor separates dehydration from collagen loss and from volume loss at our Busan clinic — boosters serve only the first.
02
Photos and course plan
Fixed-light photos, then cc, session count and total price in writing before anything begins.
03
Numbing
Twenty to thirty minutes of topical anaesthetic — micro-injections are many, so preparation matters.
04
The micro-injections
Fine even deposits across the mapped zones — twenty to thirty minutes for a full face.
05
The bump window
Small raised bumps at each injection point settle within one to two days as the product disperses.
06
The course
Three sessions two to four weeks apart, with hydration building cumulatively — reviewed by message after you leave Busan.

The Hydration Curve
What a course honestly delivers.
When
What you will notice
What to do
Day 0–2
Small bumps at each injection point, settling as the product disperses. Mild bruising possible.
No massage or make-up over bumps on day one. Nothing else to manage.
Day 3–14
Skin reads plumper and better-lit as the HA binds water — the effect patients notice first.
Home hydration and SPF carry the result between sessions.
Session 2–3
Cumulative improvement in hydration and fine texture across the course.
The fixed-light photo at each session shows what the mirror adapts to and stops noticing.
Month 3–6
Gradual decline as the HA resorbs; most patients maintain before it fully fades.
Honest framing: this is a state you maintain, not a change you keep.
Honest Suitability
Who it suits in Busan — and who should wait.
A good fit if you…
Dry, dull skin where dehydration is the actual problem
Fine surface lines caused by water loss rather than collagen loss
Pre-event glow planned with the bump window respected
Patients wanting hydration without any change to facial shape
Busan visitors — sessions complete same-day with bumps gone by day two
Better to wait if you…
Pregnancy or breastfeeding — deferred as standard
Active skin infection at the injection sites — settled first
Volume loss or laxity — filler or stimulators are the honest answer, and the reading says so
An event within a week — bumps and bruising need their window, and we will not rush it
After your treatment
No make-up or massage over injection bumps on day one
Home hydration routine and daily SPF carry results between sessions
No sauna or hard training for 24 hours
Fixed-light photos at each session referee the course
Honest limits
Boosters hydrate; they do not lift, volumise or rebuild collagen
Results resorb over three to six months — this is maintained, not permanent
Bumps need one to two days, which is why pre-event timing is planned, never squeezed
Our Medical Team
How is an injected booster different from good skincare?
Location. Topical hyaluronic acid is a genuinely useful ingredient, but the molecule is too large to cross an intact barrier in meaningful quantity — it holds water at the surface, which helps for hours and washes off. An injected booster places the same molecule inside the dermis, where it binds water continuously for months and where no cream can reach. So they are not competitors: skincare maintains the surface daily, boosters change the water content of the tissue underneath. At our Busan clinic patients who do both see the clearest results, and I say plainly that neither replaces the other.
Three doctors, one standard of care.

Hydration is the most undervalued variable in how skin looks. Half the patients who arrive asking about lifting have skin that is simply thirsty — and correcting that first changes what they actually need, sometimes to nothing further at all.

Quick Answers
Will it add volume, or only hydration?
Only hydration, by design. The cross-linking is deliberately light so the product spreads through the dermal plane and integrates rather than holding shape as a mass — which is exactly what you want from a booster and exactly what disqualifies it from volume work. If your reading shows hollowing rather than dehydration, at our Busan clinic that goes to filler or a collagen stimulator instead, because a booster placed against volume loss produces a well-hydrated hollow and a disappointed patient.
Neuramis Enhancer or Water Glow — you have both?
Both are hyaluronic hydration boosters and their goals overlap; the differences are in formulation, spread and how long each holds. Water Glow at ₩30,000 is the accessible entry and suits patients wanting frequent light maintenance; Neuramis Enhancer at ₩150,000 per cc carries a fuller course-based effect. At our Busan clinic the assignment turns on your skin's dryness, your schedule and your budget — and for many patients seeking regular glow maintenance, the entry product on a proper rhythm is the honest recommendation.

Yes — English, Japanese (日本語) and Chinese (中文). We are a 5-minute walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 2, and course photos are reviewed on WhatsApp after you fly home from Busan.
Hyaluronic acid injected at our Busan clinic in fine micro-deposits across the dermis to hold water inside the skin, improving hydration, light reflection and fine texture without adding contour.
No. Filler is firmly cross-linked to hold shape; boosters are lightly cross-linked to spread and hydrate. Volume loss needs filler, and the reading separates them.
Under twenty to thirty minutes of numbing at our Busan clinic, the many small injections read as brief pricks rather than pain.
One to two days as the product disperses. This is why pre-event timing is planned at least two weeks ahead rather than squeezed in.
Three is the standard course at our Busan clinic, two to four weeks apart, with the total written before you start.
Within days of the first session as the HA binds water, building cumulatively across the course.
Three to six months before the HA resorbs. Most patients maintain before it fully fades — this is a maintained state, not a permanent change.
Fine lines caused by dehydration soften noticeably. Expression lines need botox and collagen-loss lines need stimulators — the reading routes each honestly.
Both hydrate; Water Glow at ₩30,000 suits light frequent maintenance and Enhancer carries a fuller course effect. The exam recommends by skin, schedule and budget.
Yes — dry, dull skin books steadily among men at our Busan clinic, particularly after years of sun or shaving irritation.
Yes — you can fly out of Busan the same day, though cabin air is drying; bring your usual moisturiser.
Blood-thinning supplements for a few days where your physician agrees, and alcohol the night before to reduce bruising.
Make-up and massage over bumps on day one, plus sauna and hard training for 24 hours.
Visibly better-hydrated, better-lit skin with softened dehydration lines across a three-session course, holding three to six months. What no honest clinic promises: lifting, volume, or permanent hydration from a resorbable product.
