Your language

Consultations run in English, Japanese and Chinese. A JRYN doctor reviews your case, and your treatment plan and records are provided in your language so you always understand your options and costs.

Getting here

We share airport-to-clinic directions and suggest hotels near the clinic. JRYN is five minutes from Seomyeon Station and about 45 minutes from Gimhae International Airport.

Aftercare from home

Care doesn't end at the airport. We follow up on WhatsApp after you fly home — checking healing, answering questions and coordinating any remaining steps, in your language.

Your privacy

All communication is confidential under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Your photos and records are seen only by the medical team, never used for marketing without your written consent.

How do I book a consultation? +
Book via WhatsApp at +82-10-5573-7574. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Foreign patients typically book 1–2 days in advance and send photos ahead, so we can recommend treatments before you arrive.
What languages do you speak? +
Consultations are available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Dr. Lee speaks English directly, with translation support for Japanese and Chinese during peak medical tourism seasons.
Can I get a treatment plan before flying to Busan? +
Yes — this is what we recommend. Send 3–5 photos (front, both sides, smiling, relaxed) plus a description of your concerns via WhatsApp. We respond with treatment recommendations and accurate pricing within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Cash (KRW), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX), and bank transfer are accepted. Foreign credit cards are welcome. Korean medical receipts are provided for international insurance reimbursement.
Do you accept walk-ins? +
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly preferred to ensure a full consultation. Same-day appointments are often available via WhatsApp — book at least 1–2 hours ahead during business hours.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp at any time — no fees. We appreciate 24 hours' notice for major procedure bookings, but emergencies are always understood.
