What is Perfectha, and what does it do?
Perfectha
is a French-made hyaluronic acid filler range with a long European record and a graded family: a fine gel for superficial lines, Derm for folds and lips, Deep for cheeks and chin, and Subskin for deep volume. The grading lets the doctor choose the firmness for each plane from one brand, which is useful in a multi-area plan. It contains lidocaine in its current formulations and dissolves with hyaluronidase.
At Boom Dermatology in Seomyeon, Perfectha is the imported brand at the middle of our price list: for patients who want a European gel without the top-tier premium, and for full-face plans where the whole session can stay within one family. The doctor will say where a Korean gel does the same job for less, and where the firmest premium gel is worth more.

The visit
What happens at a Perfectha session in Seomyeon?
This is how a Perfectha visit runs at Boom Dermatology, a skin clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, from the first message to the review.
1
Message first
Front and side photos and what you would like changed. The doctor replies with the area, the likely cc, the brand options and the VAT-included price per cc.
2
Consultation
The doctor assesses volume loss against sagging, marks the planes and points, and writes the plan on your record.
3
Numbing cream, twenty minutes
Topical anaesthetic; most HA fillers also contain lidocaine.
4
Injection by the doctor
Cannula where possible, needle where precision needs it. Ten to twenty minutes.
5
Out the door
Mild swelling and possible bruising. No pressure or massage; avoid alcohol and sauna for 24 hours.
6
Two-week review
We message you for a photo once swelling has settled. A small adjustment, if needed, is arranged then.
How does Boom Dermatology dose Perfectha?
Perfectha is dosed in cc per plane like every filler at Boom Dermatology; the brand sets the price and the range of firmness, not the technique.
Plane first
Deep on the bone for cheeks, chin and nose; in the body of the lip; by cannula under the eyes.
Firmness within the family
Perfectha offers more than one firmness; the doctor picks the one for your plane.
Build, not stack
Modest volume now; a half-cc at the two-week review if wanted.

Questions, answered properly
What does the graded family mean for my treatment?
That one brand can cover every plane in your plan. Fine lines get the lightest gel, folds and lips a medium one, cheeks and chin a firm one, deep volume the firmest, all with the same base chemistry and the same behaviour over time. It is the practical advantage of Perfectha at Boom Dermatology for a four-to-six-cc multi-area session.
Is a French filler different from a Korean one?
Not in the molecule. Both are cross-linked HA; the difference is the manufacturing record, the range within the family and the price. Perfectha has a long European track record and a graded range; Korean brands match it on single areas for less.
Which areas is Perfectha best for?
Cheeks and chin with the firm grades, folds and lips with the medium. For the nose bridge and the heaviest cheekbone lift, the firmest premium gels still lead; the doctor at our Seomyeon skin clinic will say whether that matters for you.
How does it compare with Teosyal or Juvederm?
All three are imported HA families with graded firmness. Teosyal and Juvederm sit above on price and on the record of their firmest gels; Perfectha offers the same structure at ₩88,000 to ₩176,000 less per cc. In most faces the difference is the badge, not the result.
Is it authentic?
Sealed, MFDS-imported packaging opened in front of you; brand and lot on your record.

1
How much does Perfectha cost in Busan?
₩242,000 per cc at Boom Dermatology in Seomyeon, VAT included, same price for every patient and every area; the cc, not the area, sets the total.
2
Is it authentic?
Yes. Sealed, MFDS-imported packaging opened in front of you.
3
How long does Perfectha last?
Nine to twelve months in mobile areas; twelve to fifteen on cheeks and chin.

5
Can filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers dissolve with hyaluronidase within a day if you dislike the result; it is one reason we use HA.

No. One price per cc for everyone, VAT included, no consultation fee if you proceed.
