Where Sofwave differs

Sofwave works at 1.5mm rather than the 3 to 4.5mm of conventional HIFU, using synchronous parallel beams. That makes it considerably more comfortable and better suited to skin quality and fine lines — and less able to lift, since it does not reach the SMAS. It is a genuine trade rather than a gentler version of the same thing, and worth choosing deliberately.

Why did a cheap package do nothing?

Shot count, in almost every case. How do I compare two HIFU quotes?

Get four things from each: the platform name, the line count, which depths are being treated, and whether the cartridge is new. Two quotes reading "HIFU full face" mean nothing until those are known — one may be six hundred lines across three depths and the other three hundred at one. Why is coverage worth more than the platform?
