What is Atiere, and what does it do?
Atiere
is a Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler approved by the MFDS and used widely across Korean clinics for lips, chin, folds and general volume. It is made with the same biofermented HA and cross-linking chemistry as the imported brands, contains lidocaine for comfort, and dissolves with hyaluronidase. It comes in more than one firmness, so the doctor can place a softer gel in the lips and a firmer one on the chin from the same family.
At Boom Dermatology in Seomyeon, Atiere is the brand we quote first for value, for a first filler when a patient wants to see how they look before committing to a premium gel, and for the areas where brand buys nothing visible: lips, folds, temples, earlobes, mouth corners. For the cheekbone and the nose, where the firmest and longest-lasting gel matters most, the doctor will tell you honestly whether a step up to Kablelyn
or an imported gel is worth it.

The visit
What happens at an Atiere session in Seomyeon?
This is how an Atiere visit runs at Boom Dermatology, a skin clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, from the first message to the review.
1
Message first
Front and side photos and what you would like changed. The doctor replies with the area, the likely cc, the brand options and the VAT-included price per cc.
2
Consultation
The doctor assesses volume loss against sagging, marks the planes and points, and writes the plan on your record.
3
Numbing cream, twenty minutes
Topical anaesthetic; most HA fillers also contain lidocaine.
4
Injection by the doctor
Cannula where possible, needle where precision needs it. Ten to twenty minutes.
5
Out the door
Mild swelling and possible bruising. No pressure or massage; avoid alcohol and sauna for 24 hours.
6
Two-week review
We message you for a photo once swelling has settled. A small adjustment, if needed, is arranged then.
How does Boom Dermatology dose Atiere?
Atiere is dosed in cc per plane like every filler at Boom Dermatology; the brand sets the price and the range of firmness, not the technique.
Plane first
Deep on the bone for cheeks, chin and nose; in the body of the lip; by cannula under the eyes.
Firmness within the family
Atiere offers more than one firmness; the doctor picks the one for your plane.
Build, not stack
Modest volume now; a half-cc at the two-week review if wanted.

Questions, answered properly
Is ₩88,000 per cc a real price, or will there be extras?
Real, VAT included, with numbing and the doctor's time. There is no consultation fee if you proceed, no "foreigner price", and the cc is the only variable: one cc of lips is ₩88,000, two cc of chin is ₩176,000. It is the lowest line on our list because Atiere is the lowest-cost HA we carry, not because the technique differs.
Is a Korean filler safe? Is it the same stuff?
Yes. Atiere is cross-linked hyaluronic acid, MFDS-approved, manufactured to the same principles as the imported brands and used in millions of Korean treatments. It contains lidocaine and dissolves with hyaluronidase like any HA. The result depends on the plane, the volume and the doctor, which are identical whichever brand you choose at Boom Dermatology.
Which areas is Atiere fine for, and where should I pay more?
Fine for lips, chin, folds, temples, earlobes and mouth corners, which is most of what filler does. The cheekbone and the nose are the two areas where the firmest, longest-studied gels (Restylane Lyft, Juvederm Voluma, Teosyal Ultra Deep) can earn their premium; the doctor at our Seomyeon skin clinic will say whether that matters for your face.
How long does it last compared with Juvederm?
Nine to twelve months in mobile areas like the lips and folds, twelve to fifteen on the chin. Premium firm gels on the cheekbone can reach eighteen. The difference is months, not years, and the price difference is four to one.
Is it authentic?
Sealed, MFDS-labelled packaging opened in front of you; brand and lot on your record.
