What is Kablelyn, and what does it do?
Kablelyn
is a Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler known for high firmness and lift capacity: it holds its shape on bone the way the imported structural gels do, which is why Korean doctors use it for the chin, the nose bridge and the cheekbone. It is MFDS-approved, contains lidocaine, and dissolves with hyaluronidase. It is the firmest Korean gel on our list and the top of the Korean price range.
At Boom Dermatology in Seomyeon, Kablelyn is the brand we suggest when a patient wants structural work, chin projection, a straighter nose bridge, a lifted cheekbone, without the imported premium. It is not a lip gel; for lips and soft areas a softer Korean HA is the right choice, and the doctor will say so. Against Restylane Lyft
or Juvederm Voluma
on the cheekbone, the difference is months of duration and the brand, at roughly half the price.

1
Message first
Front and side photos and what you would like changed. The doctor replies with the area, the likely cc, the brand options and the VAT-included price per cc.
2
Consultation
The doctor assesses volume loss against sagging, marks the planes and points, and writes the plan on your record.
3
Numbing cream, twenty minutes
Topical anaesthetic; most HA fillers also contain lidocaine.
4
Injection by the doctor
Cannula where possible, needle where precision needs it. Ten to twenty minutes.
5
Out the door
Mild swelling and possible bruising. No pressure or massage; avoid alcohol and sauna for 24 hours.
6
Two-week review
We message you for a photo once swelling has settled. A small adjustment, if needed, is arranged then.
How does Boom Dermatology dose Kablelyn?
Kablelyn is dosed in cc per plane like every filler at Boom Dermatology; the brand sets the price and the range of firmness, not the technique.
Plane first
Deep on the bone for cheeks, chin and nose; in the body of the lip; by cannula under the eyes.
Firmness within the family
Kablelyn offers more than one firmness; the doctor picks the one for your plane.
Build, not stack
Modest volume now; a half-cc at the two-week review if wanted.

Questions, answered properly
Is a Korean gel really firm enough for the nose?
Yes. Kablelyn's cross-linking gives it a high elastic modulus, the measure of how a gel resists deformation, comparable to the imported structural gels. On the nose the limiting factor is technique and safety, not the gel, and the same midline, deep, slow protocol applies whichever brand is used at Boom Dermatology.
Kablelyn or Restylane Lyft for the chin?
Both hold projection on the bone for twelve to eighteen months. Lyft has the longer international record and may hold a few months longer; Kablelyn costs ₩176,000 less per cc. For a one-cc chin the difference is small; for a multi-cc plan it adds up, and the doctor at our Seomyeon skin clinic will say which matters for you.
Why is it the most expensive Korean filler?
Firmness is the costliest property to manufacture reliably, and Kablelyn is positioned as the Korean structural gel. It still sits at roughly half the imported price.
Can it go in the lips?
It should not. A firm gel in a mobile area feels hard and can show as a ridge. Lips get a soft gel; Kablelyn stays on bone.
Is it authentic?
Sealed, MFDS-labelled packaging opened in front of you; brand and lot on your record.
