Boom Dermatology (더붐의원) is a doctor-led aesthetic skin clinic on floors 2, 5 and 6 of the Pungnyeon Building in Seomyeon, Busan, open since May 2023. Three doctors, led by a board-certified internal medicine specialist, treat Korean and international patients with the same published, VAT-included prices across Botox, filler, lifting, lasers, boosters, threads, body contouring, Mounjaro weight management, IV and stem-cell protocols. Consultations run in English, Japanese and Chinese; the clinic is under a minute from Seomyeon Station Exit 1 and about forty minutes from Gimhae Airport.

I trained in internal medicine before I ever held a laser, and that order still shapes how this clinic works. An internist is taught to diagnose before prescribing, to measure before changing a dose, and to say plainly when the answer is to do nothing. I wanted a skin clinic in Busan that worked the same way: a consultation long enough to understand the face, prices published before the visit, one treatment at a time with no package, and an honest line when surgery, a cheaper option or patience is the better answer.
Most of our international patients fly into Gimhae for a few days. That trust is the whole job. We plan around your dates and your flight home, write the VAT-included price before anything starts, and keep answering on WhatsApp after you have left Busan.
The consultation reads muscle, volume, laxity and skin before any machine is named. A clinic that owns one lifting device calls every concern laxity; we carry Botox, filler, threads, six lifting devices and sixteen lasers, and choose by the face.
Every price on this site includes VAT and is identical for Korean and international patients. Nothing is packaged; every treatment is bought one at a time; the quote is written at the consultation and does not change on the day.

Late opening on Tuesday and Thursday is for patients working in Busan or arriving on an evening flight. Walk-ins are accepted; messaging first means the coordinator who speaks your language is scheduled and same-day treatment is usually possible.
