Five days in Busan Seomyeon, with treatments built in.
A trip that works as a holiday and as a treatment window, sequenced so nothing visible lands on the day you fly. Built around what actually needs to go early, what can sit anywhere, and where the buffer belongs.

Can I fit two treatments into five days?

How does this change for a course rather than a single treatment?
What should I actually do on the free days?
Five days is the sweet spot for a Busan treatment trip — enough for a consultation, a treatment, a settling period and a review if anything needs adjusting, without committing to a fortnight. The sequencing below is what we actually recommend when someone sends us those dates.
Does This Sound Familiar?
What visitors ask when planning five days
Should I book the clinic for the first day or the last?
How much of the trip will I actually be swollen?
Can I fit two treatments in, or is that greedy?
What do I do on the days I am not at the clinic?
I want to see Haeundae as well. Does that ruin the plan?
All five come up most weeks. The plan below answers them in order, and the first question has the clearest answer of the lot.
Day one — arrive and consult, do not treat
Land, get to Seomyeon, and use the afternoon for the consultation rather than a treatment. Gimhae is forty-five minutes away and the clinic is five minutes from Seomyeon Station Exit 2. Consulting on arrival day costs nothing, confirms the plan while you are unhurried, and means the treatment on day two is one you have slept on. If the assessment changes what should be done — which happens — you still have four days to work with.
Day two — treatment day
This is where anything with visible aftermath belongs. Filler, boosters, laser
— all have three days ahead of them before you fly. Morning is better than evening: it leaves the rest of the day to settle and puts the peak of any swelling on day three rather than day four. Treatments with no downtime at all can go here too, or be held for later in the trip.
Day three — the swelling day, spent elsewhere
If you had filler or boosters, this is the day it shows most. Plan it away from anything you would be photographed at. Haeundae, Gwangalli or the Gamcheon Culture Village all work — thirty to forty minutes on Line 2 from Seomyeon, and nobody there knows what you looked like yesterday. The practical point is not to hide but to avoid scheduling a dinner you care about on the one day swelling peaks.
Day four — the review window
This is what the five-day trip buys you that a three-day trip does not. If anything looks uneven at forty-eight hours, we would rather see it now than hear about it by message from another country. For most patients nothing needs doing and the day is free. For the ones where something does, this is the difference between a small adjustment and a problem that waits months.
Day two is the treatment day in most five-day plans
Day five — a light treatment, then fly
Departure day suits treatments that leave nothing: botox, toning, energy lifting. Botox is the common choice because it takes ten minutes and nothing shows on the plane. Allow ninety minutes at the clinic plus forty-five to Gimhae and treat that as a minimum. What does not belong on day five is anything from the day-two list — see flying home after treatment
for the full sort.
Can I fit two treatments into five days?
Comfortably, and most patients do. The usual pairing is something with downtime on day two and something without on day five — filler then botox, or boosters then lifting. What we avoid is two swelling treatments in the same trip, which leaves you looking treated for most of it. Two treatments in a single visit is also fine where they suit each other; sequencing puts energy or laser first, then injectables.
What if I only want one treatment?
Then the plan compresses and the buffer grows. Consult and treat on day one or two, and the remaining days are a holiday with a review available if you want it. There is no obligation to fill the schedule, and a five-day trip with one treatment and four days of Busan is a perfectly reasonable use of the time — arguably better than a three-day trip with the same treatment and no margin.
How does this change for a course rather than a single treatment?
It changes what is achievable rather than the sequence. Courses like melasma toning, Rejuran
and acne scar resurfacing
need two to six weeks between sessions, so five days gets you one session and a plan rather than a completed course. We say that plainly rather than starting something you cannot finish — sometimes the honest recommendation is a different treatment that works as a one-off.
What should I actually do on the free days?
Seomyeon puts most of the city within forty minutes. Haeundae and Gwangalli for the beaches, Jagalchi and Nampo-dong for the market and the old centre, Gamcheon for the hillside village, Beomeosa for the temple. Closer in, Jeonpo Cafe Street is eight minutes on foot and Lotte Department Store Busan Main six. If you are avoiding sun after a laser
treatment, the indoor options matter — mention it and we will say which days to keep out of the light.
Our Medical Team
Who will actually treat you at JRYN Seomyeon?
A doctor, in person, every time — never a nurse or a coordinator. JRYN Seomyeon has three doctors, and the clinic was founded by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, who still consults here. What you actually need is decided during the consultation after your skin is examined, not from a fixed package chosen in advance.
Three doctors, one standard of care.
Every treatment plan at JRYN Seomyeon is decided and performed in person by one of our doctors — led by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, founder of JRYN Dermatology.
From the Founder
The consultation is the treatment.
Most patients arrive asking for a specific treatment. My job is to check whether it is the right one for what they actually have. Getting that wrong is the most common mistake I correct.

Before You Book
Questions patients ask first.
For anything with a review window, yes noticeably. Three days works for a single no-downtime treatment. Five gives you consultation, treatment, settling and a review, which is the difference between correcting something in person and describing it by message from home.
Send your dates when you message and the appointments are built into them — see booking in English. Day one afternoon and day two morning is the standard pairing, adjusted around your flight times.
Then consultation moves to day two morning and treatment to day two afternoon, with the rest unchanged. The clinic runs through lunch and opens seven days a week, so a late arrival compresses the plan rather than breaking it.
Seomyeon if the trip is primarily about treatment, Haeundae if it is primarily a holiday. The commute is thirty to forty minutes either way on Line 2 — see where to stay
for what changes when you have appointments booked.
A two-day weekend suits one no-downtime treatment and nothing more. The clinic opens seven days a week so scheduling is not the constraint — the constraint is that a weekend removes the review window entirely.
Order them carefully. Sun exposure before pigment laser is a contraindication and after it undoes the work, so beach days go before the treatment or the treatment gets swapped for something sun-independent. Tell us your plan and we will say which way round works.
It is enough to have it done, not enough to look normal by the flight home. Threads
swell for five to ten days and carry two to three weeks of restrictions. If threads are what you want, plan the trip around looking treated rather than around sightseeing.
No, though it helps. Walk-ins are accepted and same-day treatment is often possible. What booking ahead buys is a coordinator who speaks your language, a plan reviewed before you arrive, and slots that fit your flight rather than whatever is free.
Doctor-led planning across six categories. Foreign patients pay the same as local patients — what changes a final figure is units and area, never nationality.
