What is Re2O, and what does it do?

Re2O (Elravie Re2O) is an injectable made from processed human dermal tissue, an acellular extracellular matrix of collagen, elastin and the proteins between them, rather than a synthetic polymer. Placed in the dermis as microdroplets, it gives the skin a scaffold of the material it is made of, which the skin incorporates and builds on: thickness returns, shallow scars and pores soften, and depleted, over-treated skin recovers its structure. It is the most literal "repair" injectable on our list.

Downtime after Re2O, and flying home

Mild. Pinpricks and a little swelling for one to three days, a possible bruise. Fly the same evening; make-up from the next morning. Repair shows from four weeks.

Why is this priced by protocol rather than per cc?

Because Re2O comes as a 6cc kit and one kit is one face; pricing it as a line means no surprise at the desk. The 6cc is on your record either way, and a second kit is only for face plus neck.

Does more cc mean proportionally more result?

No. The skin can incorporate only so much matrix at once; 6cc across the face is the dose that works, and doubling it in one session adds swelling, not repair. A second protocol at three months adds more; a second kit on the day does not.

How is Re2O chosen over the other boosters?

By how depleted the skin is. Dull but healthy skin gets a hydrating booster; thin, reactive skin gets Rejuran; skin that has lost its structure, thinned and scarred by years of treatment, gets Re2O, which supplies the structure itself rather than a signal to make it. Yes. Re2O is made from donor dermis processed to remove all cells, leaving only the matrix proteins, and is approved by the MFDS as a medical device for injection.
