What is Wondertox, and what does it do?

Wondertox is a Korean botulinum toxin type A approved by the MFDS and used across Korean clinics as the everyday wrinkle and jaw toxin. It is a conventional 900 kDa complex formulation, reconstituted from powder, with onset at three to five days and a duration of three to four months on the face and four to six on the jaw and body. In independent comparisons the clinical effect of Korean type A toxins is equivalent to the imported brands at matched doses; the price difference is licensing and market, not potency.

Is the cheap Korean toxin actually worse?

No. Botulinum toxin type A is the same active molecule across brands; what differs is formulation, diffusion and price. Is ₩16,500 per area a real price?

Yes, VAT included, for the forehead, the glabella or the crow's feet, dosed to what the muscle needs. There is no unit surcharge, no consultation fee if you proceed and no difference between Korean and international patients. It is the lowest line on our price list because Wondertox is the lowest-cost toxin we carry, not because the dose is smaller.

Will Wondertox last as long as the brand I get at home?

Three to four months on the face, four to six on the jaw and body, which is the same range as every conventional toxin. Duration depends far more on dose and on your own metabolism than on brand.

When should I pay more for another brand?

If you treat frequently for years, a protein-free formulation (Coretox or Xeomin) reduces the small chance of antibody resistance. If you have a large forehead, Dysport's wider spread can be an advantage. If you simply prefer a brand you know, that is a fine reason too. How do I know the product is authentic?
