What is BYRYZN, and what does it do?
BYRYZN
is a Korean polynucleotide (PN) skin booster: purified DNA fragments placed in the dermis as microdroplets to signal repair, the same mechanism as Rejuran. The skin thickens, inflammation settles and texture evens out over a course of three sessions. It is MFDS-approved and priced at ₩220,000 per cc, the same as Rejuran HB, which lets the doctor choose by area and by response rather than by cost.
At Boom Dermatology in Seomyeon we use BYRYZN most for the neck, where horizontal creases and crepe respond to PN and the area takes two to three cc, for the backs of the hands, and for patients who have done a Rejuran course and want to alternate brands, which some respond to. For the face, Rejuran HB and BYRYZN are interchangeable in most skin, and the doctor will say which.

Questions, answered properly
Are neck creases treatable at all, or permanent?
Treatable, with honesty about degree. Horizontal neck creases are a mix of thin skin and a crease that has been folded for years; PN thickens the skin so the creases are shallower and the crepe between them smooths, over a course of three. The crease itself softens but rarely disappears. For deep lines a small amount of soft filler along the line can be added later; for vertical bands, Botox to the platysma. The doctor at Boom Dermatology shows you the realistic endpoint on your own photo.
Why is the neck priced by cc rather than by line?
Because the dose is the product, not the area. A neck takes two to three cc of PN to cover the skin between and along the creases; pricing per cc means you pay for what is used and the number is on your record. "Per line" pricing hides the dose.
How is BYRYZN chosen over Rejuran?
For the face they are interchangeable in most skin and the same price; some patients respond a little better to one, and alternating across a course is a reasonable way to find out. For the neck and hands we reach for BYRYZN first because the protocol volumes are larger and it spreads well. Rejuran Healer stays the choice for the most damaged facial skin.
What does a 3cc neck protocol cover?
The front and sides of the neck from the jawline to the collarbone, in a grid that follows the creases. Two cc for a short or narrow neck, three for a full one; the décolletage is a separate area.
Is one session worth doing?
One session gives two weeks of hydration and some calming; the thickening comes from three sessions two to four weeks apart. We sell them one at a time at our Seomyeon skin clinic.
