Does This Sound Familiar?

What Busan patients ask before booking BYRYZN.

  • Why is the neck priced by line rather than by cc?
  • Are neck creases treatable at all, or permanent?
  • How is this chosen over the other boosters on your menu?
  • What does a 6cc protocol actually cover?

All five come up most weeks in Busan. The sections below answer them in order — why neck pricing differs, honest expectations for neck lines, how product selection is made, and what the larger protocols cover.

Where BYRYZN Sits

Per cc, or per neck line.

BYRYZN appears on our published list in two forms: cc-based pricing from ₩200,000 for general work, with 6cc protocols at ₩900,000, and a separate neck-wrinkle option priced at ₩500,000 per line.

That second structure exists because neck creases behave differently from facial skin — they are set into thin, highly mobile tissue and are treated line by line rather than across an area. Which structure suits you, and whether BYRYZN is the right product at all, is decided at the examination at our Busan, Korea clinic rather than from a price list.

How It Works

The science, without the hype.

Two structures, one decision process.

01

Area-based protocols

cc volumes for general skin work, with the volume matched to the area treated.

02

Line-based neck work

03

Selection by assessment

The doctor decides whether this product and which structure suits your case, and states the reason.

Two Structures

Face by volume, neck by line.

The examination decides which structure fits, and both prices are published.

The Course Arc

What a protocol honestly delivers.

When What you will notice What to do
Day 0–2 Small injection bumps settle; occasional bruising, particularly on the neck. No make-up over bumps on day one; no massage for 48 hours.
Across the protocol Improvement builds on the timeline stated at your examination. Fixed-light photos referee — neck skin especially photographs inconsistently.
Afterwards Results are maintained rather than permanent, as with all injectable boosters. Neck lines soften rather than disappear, which is stated before you commit.
Honest Suitability

Who it suits in Busan — and who should wait.

A good fit if you…

  • Neck creases wanting a dedicated line-based approach
  • General skin-quality work at a mid-to-premium price point
  • Preferring the product chosen by assessment rather than by name
  • Busan visitors — sessions complete same-day with bumps gone by day two

Better to wait if you…

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding — deferred as standard
  • Active skin infection at the injection sites — settled first
  • Expecting neck lines erased — they soften, and the grading says so first

After your treatment

  • No make-up or massage over injection bumps on day one
  • Neck skin bruises more readily — avoid high collars and friction for a day
  • Daily SPF, including on the neck, which is chronically under-protected

Honest limits

  • Neck creases soften rather than disappear — the tissue is thin and constantly mobile
  • Results are maintained rather than permanent
  • Product suitability is a clinical decision made in person, not from a price list
Our Medical Team

Are neck creases treatable at all, or permanent?

Treatable and rarely erasable, which is a distinction worth making before anyone spends ₩500,000 per line. Neck skin is thin, carries little support and moves constantly, so a crease set into it is closer to a fold than a facial wrinkle. Injectable work softens the line and improves the surrounding skin quality, and the improvement is genuine and photographable — but the anatomy that produced the crease remains. At our Busan clinic I photograph the neck before treatment specifically so the comparison is honest afterwards, and I say plainly when a patient's expectations exceed what any injectable can deliver.

The neck is where cosmetic promises go to be tested. It photographs badly, moves constantly and holds nothing well — so I set expectations there more carefully than anywhere else on the body.

Quick Answers

Why is the neck priced by line rather than by cc?

Because neck creases are treated individually rather than across an area. A facial booster session spreads volume across a mapped region; a neck line is a discrete target approached along its length, and the work per line is broadly consistent regardless of how much product a given crease takes. Pricing it per line at ₩500,000 is therefore more honest than a cc figure that would vary session to session. At our Busan clinic the number of lines being treated is agreed and written down before anything is opened.
