Filler cost in Busan, Korea, five brands, one published table.
Attierre at ₩50,000 per cc and Juvederm at ₩240,000 are both hyaluronic acid. This guide publishes the whole Busan price ladder by brand and by zone, and explains what the gap between them actually buys — which is duration rather than a better day-fourteen result.
Why the same brand costs different amounts by zone
What ₩190,000 of price difference actually buys
How many cc you will realistically need
The zone prices most guides never publish
Building your own total before you fly
Filler pricing in Korea is published far more often than botox pricing and understood far less, because the same brand carries a different figure in every zone. This guide uses one Busan clinic's full list rather than a national range, and works through the two questions that decide your total: which brand, and how many cc.
Does This Sound Familiar?
What visitors ask before booking filler in Korea
Is a ₩50,000 filler nearly five times worse than a ₩240,000 one?
Why does the same brand cost more for my forehead than my chin?
How many cc will I actually need — and who decides?
Will I be quoted a foreigner price?
Can it be dissolved if I do not like it?
All five come up almost every week. This page answers them in order, using the same information our coordinators send over WhatsApp before you fly.
What filler costs in Busan, brand by brand
The table below is the published volume filler list at JRYN Dermatology in Busan Seomyeon, identical to what Korean patients see. Every figure is per cc, which is how Korean clinics price filler in Busan
almost universally.
Brand
Origin
Price / cc
Attierre
Korean, entry
₩50,000
Neuramis
Korean standard
₩90,000
Rejuviel
Korean mid tier
₩129,000
Y-Solution
Korean mid-premium
₩150,000
Neuramis Heart
Korean premium
₩180,000
Restylane
Imported, Galderma
₩220,000
Juvederm
Imported, Allergan
₩240,000
Five Korean brands and two imported ones, spanning a factor of nearly five. All seven are cross-linked hyaluronic acid — the same molecule your body already produces, gelled so it holds shape and integrates with tissue. What separates them is engineering rather than category.
Every figure on this page is published. A Busan clinic unwilling to show you its filler list before you sit down is telling you something more useful than any price.
Why the same brand costs different amounts by zone in Busan
This is the part that confuses visitors most. Attierre is ₩50,000 per cc for general volume, ₩39,000 for the chin tip and ₩70,000 for the forehead — the same product at three prices depending on where it goes.
Zone
Attierre
Neuramis
Juvederm
Volume (general)
₩50,000
₩90,000
₩240,000
Chin tip
₩39,000
₩60,000
₩220,000
Forehead / sunken areas
₩70,000
₩110,000
₩240,000
Lips + lip corners
₩50,000
₩150,000
₩450,000
The reason is technical difficulty and time rather than product cost. Forehead and temple work sits over complex anatomy and takes longer; lip filler in Busan
is priced as a complete zone rather than per cc because that is how it is actually planned. Chin tip work is comparatively straightforward, which is why it is the cheapest entry on the list.
For visitors this matters because a quote of "₩90,000 per cc" means nothing without the zone attached. Ask which zone the figure covers, and check it against the published list.
What ₩190,000 of price difference actually buys in Busan
Injected at the right depth in our Busan clinic by the same hands, an entry-tier gel in a forgiving zone can look identical to a premium one at day fourteen. That statement makes marketing departments uncomfortable and it is what the physical evidence supports.
What premium cross-linking genuinely buys is duration and predictable behaviour in demanding zones. A gel supporting deep midface structure has to hold shape under constant muscle movement for a year or more, and denser cross-linking resists breakdown longer. In a mobile zone that breaks any gel down quickly, paying for duration you will not get is poor value.
Where the imported gels earn their price
Deep midface and cheek support that must hold for twelve months or more
Patients who found a Korean gel resorbed unusually quickly
Where a Korean gel is the honest recommendation
Mobile perioral zones that shorten any gel to six to nine months
First-time treatment where a conservative starting volume matters more than duration
Anyone treating several zones, where the total is what decides whether they proceed at all
At our Busan clinic all seven prices are on the table before anything is agreed, and the recommendation is made zone by zone rather than as a single tier for the whole face.
How many cc you will realistically need in Busan
Most single-zone plans use one to two cc. Full midface restoration in a face with genuine volume loss may reach three. Beyond that, the question worth asking is whether volume is the right treatment at all — nasolabial fold treatment in Busan
is a common example where support above the fold achieves more than filling it.
What should never happen is deciding cc during treatment. Gradual overfilling — a little more each visit, against a face that has already changed — is how the industry produces its signature failure, and it happens one reasonable-sounding addition at a time.
At our Busan clinic the cc cap is set at the mapping, written down with its total, and adhered to even if you ask for more on the day.
For budgeting, multiply honestly. Two cc of Neuramis for midface volume is ₩180,000; the same plan with Juvederm is ₩480,000. Both are real options and the arithmetic should be visible before you decide, not after.
The Busan zone prices most guides never publish
Volume filler dominates every English-language guide to filler in Korea, and Korean clinics inject a much wider list.
Under-eye filler in Busan
with Eyelight at ₩290,000 for 0.5cc and ₩500,000 for 1cc — priced separately because the zone is unforgiving
Ear filler in Busan
at ₩420,000 for 6cc across both lobes, for deflated earlobes and stretched piercing channels
Forehead and sunken area filler from ₩70,000 per cc, a zone rarely quoted in English at all
Lips priced as a complete zone from ₩50,000 rather than per cc
The under-eye figure deserves particular attention. It is the zone where filler most often goes wrong, and the pricing reflects the care required rather than the volume used — which is why a low under-eye quote elsewhere should prompt questions rather than enthusiasm. Where the problem is pigment or thin skin rather than a hollow, dark circle treatment in Busan
takes a different route entirely.
Building your own Busan total before you fly
Pick your zones, pick a brand tier per zone, and add the per-cc figures from the tables above. Then check the result against the full published price list. For most first-time visitors the total is lower than expected, particularly when a Korean gel is appropriate for the zone.
Add one thing that is not on any price list: whether the clinic will tell you that a zone does not need treating. Filler is the treatment where restraint is worth the most and is hardest to verify from abroad. Ask what happens if the doctor disagrees with your plan, and pay attention to how readily the answer arrives.
And remember the safety net. Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolvable — an injection of hyaluronidase breaks it down within days. A clinic that resists dissolving a result you dislike is protecting its work rather than you, and that is worth knowing before you book anything in any country.
Our Medical Team
Who will actually treat you at JRYN Seomyeon?
A doctor, in person, every time — never a nurse or a coordinator. JRYN Seomyeon has three doctors, and the clinic was founded by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, who still consults here. What you actually need is decided during the consultation after your skin is examined, not from a fixed package chosen in advance.
Three doctors, one standard of care.
Every treatment plan at JRYN Seomyeon is decided and performed in person by one of our doctors — led by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, founder of JRYN Dermatology.
From the Founder
The consultation is the treatment.
Most patients arrive asking for a specific treatment. My job is to check whether it is the right one for what they actually have. Getting that wrong is the most common mistake I correct.

Before You Book
Questions patients ask first.
At our Busan clinic, from ₩50,000 per cc with Korean brands and up to ₩240,000 with imported ones, on a published list. Chin tip work starts at ₩39,000 per cc.
Technical difficulty and time rather than product cost. Forehead and lip work take longer than chin tip work, and the Busan list prices each zone separately.
They are manufactured to MFDS standards and perform well. Imported gels buy duration and predictability in demanding zones rather than a better day-fourteen result.
One to two for most single-zone plans, up to three for full midface restoration. The cap should be written at the mapping and not changed mid-treatment.
You should not be. Ask to see the published list — at our Busan clinic international patients pay exactly what Korean patients pay.
Yes — hyaluronidase breaks hyaluronic acid filler down within days. A clinic reluctant to dissolve a disliked result is protecting its work rather than you.
Roughly six to eighteen months depending on brand, zone and metabolism. Mobile zones break gel down faster than structural ones.
Yes — treatment takes fifteen to thirty minutes, with two to three days of swelling. The settled result reads at week two, usually after you fly home.
Doctor-led planning across six categories. Foreign patients pay the same as local patients — what changes a final figure is units and area, never nationality.
