What is Corage, and what does it do?
Corage
is a monopolar radiofrequency device from Jeisys, the Korean maker behind Density and Potenza. It works the way Thermage
and Oligio
work: a single large electrode sends RF energy through the full thickness of the skin while the tip is cooled, heating the dermis so collagen contracts and rebuilds. What Corage adds is a comfortable, fast session and a consumable that costs little, which is why a full face is ₩363,000 at Boom Dermatology, the lowest-priced monopolar RF we run.
In Seomyeon we suggest Corage to a patient who wants Thermage-style skin tightening on a budget, as the RF half of a two-layer plan with Shurink, and as maintenance a year after a premium session. For thin skin and the eye area, Oligio with its eye tip; for the strongest single session, XERF or Thermage.
What Busan patients ask before Corage

Questions, answered properly
Is Corage a serious device or a budget copy?
Serious. Jeisys makes Potenza and Density, both widely used across Korea, and Corage is their monopolar RF platform with MFDS approval. The price gap with Thermage comes from the consumable tip and domestic manufacturing, not from weaker energy. At three months the difference between a Corage and a Thermage result on an average face is hard to find; the difference in track record and tip range is real and is why we keep both.
Corage or Oligio?
Both are Korean monopolar RF. Oligio adds a live temperature sensor and the eye tip, and is dosed in shots (300 or 600) at ₩495,000; Corage is a full-face session at ₩363,000. For a first RF on a budget, Corage; for the eyes or for a face that wants a second lower-face pass counted in shots, Oligio. The doctor will say which at the consultation.
Does Corage hurt?
A deep warmth on each pulse, two to three out of ten with numbing cream and the cooled tip. Noticeably more comfortable than older RF generations.
Can I combine Corage with Shurink in one visit?
Yes, and it is the most common two-layer plan at our Seomyeon skin clinic for under ₩500,000: Shurink on the SMAS first, Corage on the skin layer after, with the total energy capped by the doctor.
How long does Corage last?
Collagen builds for three months and the result holds six to twelve months. Most patients repeat once a year.
