Cost Guide · Seomyeon, Busan · Foreigner-Friendly
Laser treatment cost in Busan, Korea, four categories, one published list.
Laser is not one price because it is not one treatment. Toning starts at ₩20,000, vascular work at ₩99,000, resurfacing at ₩200,000 and lesion removal at ₩10,000 — different jobs entirely. This guide separates them and publishes every Busan figure.

Patients searching for laser prices in Korea usually find one number and no context. The number is meaningless without knowing which of four very different categories it belongs to. This guide uses one Busan clinic's full published list and separates the categories before quoting anything.
Does This Sound Familiar?
What visitors ask before booking laser treatment in Korea
Why do laser prices range from ₩10,000 to ₩900,000?
Is a ₩20,000 session a real treatment or a loss leader?
How many sessions will I actually need?
Which laser does my problem need?
Will I be charged more as a foreigner?
All five come up almost every week. This page answers them in order, using the same information our coordinators send over WhatsApp before you fly.
The four laser categories and what each costs in Busan
Every laser on our Busan laser menu
falls into one of four categories, and a price only becomes interpretable once you know which one you are reading.
Category
What it treats
Busan price range
Toning
Diffuse pigment and dull tone
₩20,000 – ₩200,000 / session
Vascular
Redness, flushing, visible vessels
₩99,000 – ₩200,000 / session
Resurfacing
Texture, pores, scars
₩200,000 – ₩900,000 / protocol
Removal
Moles, warts, skin tags
₩10,000 – ₩50,000 / session
Removal is the cheapest and most misunderstood entry. A ₩10,000 session removes a benign lesion after examination — it is not a discounted version of anything, it is a short procedure. Resurfacing at ₩900,000 is a scar protocol running at depth across a full field. Comparing the two by price alone tells you nothing.
Toning: why the Busan ladder runs from ₩20,000 to ₩200,000
Eight platforms across four published price points, all treating pigment.

The entry rung is a genuine treatment rather than a loss leader. PicoCare in Busan
at ₩20,000 delivers real picosecond toning, and the reason it is priced there is that toning works by rhythm — five to ten sessions one to two weeks apart — and a price that makes the rhythm affordable produces better outcomes than an expensive session attended twice a year.
The power rung exists for pigment the entry rung cannot move: consolidated spots, tattoo ink, cases needing shorter courses. Our pico laser comparison for Busan
works through which rung suits which pigment.
The most frequent honest recommendation across this ladder is the bottom rung. If a clinic never recommends its cheapest option, that is information.
Vascular, resurfacing and removal prices in Busan
Vascular
Excel V in Busan
at ₩99,000 per session — dual wavelength, red and brown together
Three removal prices exist because lesions differ in depth, location and skin type. Facial work in pigment-prone skin goes to the platform with the lowest thermal margin because healing matters more there than cost does.
Why a Busan course total beats a session price
Toning is a course treatment and quoting a single session is misleading. Five to ten sessions at ₩20,000 is ₩100,000 to ₩200,000 for a complete course — comparable to two sessions on the power rung, which is the arithmetic worth doing before choosing.
Resurfacing runs three to four sessions, so ₩200,000 per session becomes ₩600,000 to ₩800,000. Vascular work is the exception: discrete vessels frequently clear in one or two sessions, which makes ₩99,000 to ₩200,000 a genuinely complete figure for some patients.
At our Busan clinic the course count is written at the examination alongside the session price, so the total is visible before you commit rather than discovered at session four.
How to tell whether a Busan laser quote is fair
Three questions do most of the work, and all three can be asked before you fly.
Which platform, by name? A quote for "laser toning" without a platform is not a quote.
How many sessions, and what is the total? Session price without course count is half the information.
What happens if a cheaper option suits me? The answer reveals whether the menu is a menu or a funnel.
On foreigner pricing: the same list should apply. What legitimately changes a total is area, session count and platform, never nationality. At our Busan clinic every figure quoted to an international patient appears on the list Korean patients read, and reluctance to show that list is more informative than any number on it.
Building your own Busan laser total before you fly
Identify your category first — pigment, redness, texture or a lesion — then take the platform price and multiply by the course count for that category. Check the result against the full published list.
For most visitors the honest total is lower than expected. A complete toning course at the entry rung is ₩100,000 to ₩200,000; a vascular session that clears visible vessels is ₩99,000; a benign mole removed after examination is ₩10,000. The expensive end of the list exists for cases that need it, and the examination should tell you plainly whether yours is one of them.
Our Medical Team
Who will actually treat you at JRYN Seomyeon?
A doctor, in person, every time — never a nurse or a coordinator. JRYN Seomyeon has three doctors, and the clinic was founded by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, who still consults here. What you actually need is decided during the consultation after your skin is examined, not from a fixed package chosen in advance.
Three doctors, one standard of care.
Every treatment plan at JRYN Seomyeon is decided and performed in person by one of our doctors — led by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, founder of JRYN Dermatology.
From the Founder
The consultation is the treatment.
Most patients arrive asking for a specific treatment. My job is to check whether it is the right one for what they actually have. Getting that wrong is the most common mistake I correct.

Before You Book
Questions patients ask first.
At our Busan clinic, from ₩10,000 for lesion removal and ₩20,000 for toning up to ₩900,000 for deep scar protocols, all on a published list.
Yes — it is genuine picosecond toning. The price reflects that toning works by rhythm, and an affordable rhythm produces better outcomes than an occasional expensive session.
Because pigment differs in depth and consolidation. Eight platforms cover four rungs at our Busan clinic, and the grading assigns among them.
Five to ten for toning courses, three to four for resurfacing, and often one to two for discrete vessels. The count is written before you start.
Depends on category — pigment, redness, texture or lesion. The examination eliminates most of the list within minutes.
You should not be. Ask to see the published list — at our Busan clinic international patients pay exactly what Korean patients pay.
It is a short procedure on a single lesion after examination, not a discounted version of a larger treatment. Diagnosis always precedes removal.
Vascular work and lesion removal complete in one visit. Toning and resurfacing courses bank sessions and continue by message-refereed photos.
Doctor-led planning across six categories. Foreign patients pay the same as local patients — what changes a final figure is units and area, never nationality.
