Is 100 shots enough when other clinics quote 300?
On Ten Triple, 100 shots is 300 lines, because each shot places a line at three depths. Compare lines, not shots: 300 lines on Ten Triple covers the lower and mid face across three layers in one pass. A quote of "300 shots" on a single-depth device is a different thing, which is why every price at Boom Dermatology states both the shot and the line count.
What does triple-depth mean for my face?
Laxity rarely lives in one layer. The SMAS loosens, the fat layer shifts, and the skin thins, all at once. A single-depth HIFU treats one of these per pass; Ten Triple treats all three in the same pass, which is why it suits diffuse early laxity so well. On a thin face the doctor turns off the depths you do not need.
Does it hurt more because it fires three lines?
No. The three lines are placed in one pulse, so the sensation per shot is a single deep pressure, and there are only 100 shots. Most patients at our Seomyeon skin clinic do not use numbing cream; it is available if you prefer.
Can Ten Triple replace a separate RF session?
Partly. The 1.5 mm line treats the superficial dermis, which gives some skin-layer tightening. For crepey, loose skin a dedicated RF device ( Oligio, XERF) still does more, and the two can be combined in one visit, ultrasound first.
Ten Triple or Shurink 300 lines?
