HIFU lifting cost in Busan, Korea, compared by shot, not by headline.
Ultherapy at ₩990,000 for 300 shots and Shurink at ₩75,000 for 300 both appear on the same Busan list. That gap is real and it is not a thirteen-fold difference in result. This guide publishes every tier and does the per-shot arithmetic.
Lifting is the treatment where Korean pricing is most often quoted without the number that makes it meaningful. A ₩75,000 session and a ₩990,000 session can both be described as HIFU, and the difference is partly platform and largely shot count. This guide converts one Busan clinic's published list into cost per shot so the comparison is possible.
Does This Sound Familiar?
What visitors ask before booking lifting in Korea
Why is one HIFU ₩75,000 and another ₩990,000?
Is the expensive platform actually better, or just branded?
How many shots do I need for a real result?
Will I be told the shot count before treatment?
Can lifting fix sagging, or only tighten skin?
All five come up almost every week. This page answers them in order, using the same information our coordinators send over WhatsApp before you fly.
What lifting costs in Busan, platform by platform
The table below is published at JRYN Dermatology in Busan Seomyeon and covers the main lifting platforms available in Busan. Every entry states its shot count, which is the figure that makes the price interpretable.

Why the shot count is the only honest comparison in Busan
A lifting advertisement quoting a price without a shot count is not giving you information. The same platform at 100 and 300 shots costs ₩25,000 and ₩75,000 on our published list, and a clinic quoting "from ₩25,000" without specifying is describing its smallest tier.
This is the most common way lifting is oversold in Korea. Patients arrive having booked a low headline figure, receive a fraction of the coverage their face needed, conclude the treatment does not work, and pay again elsewhere. The number that prevents that is written down before treatment.
At our Busan clinic the shot count is agreed in writing before treatment and delivered in full. It is never quietly reduced to shorten a session.
For visitors comparing clinics from abroad, the practical test is simple: ask for the shot count and the price together. A clinic that answers immediately is showing you its list; one that answers in ranges is showing you something else.
What the premium platforms actually buy in Busan
Ultherapy in Busan
at ₩990,000 for 300 shots and Thermage in Busan
at ₩1,200,000 for the same count sit at the top of the published ladder for reasons worth naming honestly.
Longer published clinical records than most newer platforms carry
Consumable cartridges that cost the clinic substantially more per session
Imaging or depth-control features that some cases genuinely benefit from
Brand recognition that patients specifically request and are entitled to choose
What they do not buy is a proportional result. Our own list offers Ten Therma in Busan
at ₩600,000 for 300 shots against Thermage at ₩1,200,000 for the same count — half the price for comparable energy delivery. Where a patient specifically wants the platform with the longest data record, that is a legitimate reason to pay double and we book it without argument. Where the grading does not call for it, we say so.
How many shots your face realistically needs in Busan
Coverage rather than intensity is what shot count buys. A lower face and jawline typically needs 300 shots on a line-type platform; adding the full face and neck moves that toward 600 to 900. Treating 100 shots across a whole face is spreading coverage thin enough that the result is difficult to see.
This is why per-shot arithmetic matters more than headline price. Shurink at ₩250 per shot means 600 shots costs ₩150,000; Sofwave at ₩9,000 per shot means 100 shots costs ₩900,000. Both are legitimate treatments and they are not comparable purchases.
The grading decides the count. What a patient can control is insisting the count is written before treatment and matching it against what they were quoted — which is exactly what a published list makes possible.
The Busan lifting prices most guides never publish
English-language guides cover Ultherapy and Thermage and stop. The Busan list is considerably wider, and several entries are far better value for the right grading.
10 Thera in Busan
from ₩190,000 for 200 lines — the most accessible counted protocol on the list
Sunny in Busan
from ₩400,000 for 400 shots, with four published tiers across two tips
All Tite in Busan
at ₩600,000 for 400 shots — a single tier with nothing to be upsold from
Oligio at ₩290,000 for 300 shots and Volnewmer at ₩350,000 for 100
The single-tier entries are worth noting for anyone wary of upselling. All Tite publishes one count at one price, which removes the mid-consultation upgrade conversation entirely.
Building your own Busan lifting total before you fly
Decide the area — lower face, full face, or full face and neck — then take the shot count that area needs and multiply by the per-shot figure from the first table. Check the result against the full published list
before booking anything.
One honest caveat before you spend. Energy lifting firms and tightens; it does not reposition tissue that has genuinely descended. Where the grading finds real descent, thread lifting in Busan
does something energy cannot, and where descent is heavy the answer may be surgical. A clinic that names that limit before selling you shots is worth more than one offering a discount.
Our Medical Team
Who will actually treat you at JRYN Seomyeon?
A doctor, in person, every time — never a nurse or a coordinator. JRYN Seomyeon has three doctors, and the clinic was founded by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, who still consults here. What you actually need is decided during the consultation after your skin is examined, not from a fixed package chosen in advance.
Three doctors, one standard of care.
Every treatment plan at JRYN Seomyeon is decided and performed in person by one of our doctors — led by Dr. Jeong Heon Lee, founder of JRYN Dermatology.
From the Founder
The consultation is the treatment.
Most patients arrive asking for a specific treatment. My job is to check whether it is the right one for what they actually have. Getting that wrong is the most common mistake I correct.

Before You Book
Questions patients ask first.
At our Busan clinic, from ₩25,000 per 100 shots on accessible platforms up to ₩990,000 per 300 shots on Ultherapy, all on a published list with counts stated.
Because lifting is priced by energy delivered. A headline figure without a stated count tells you nothing about the coverage you are buying.
Where a patient wants the longest published data record, yes. Our own list offers comparable shot counts for half the price, and we say so at the grading.
Around 300 for lower face and jawline, 600 to 900 for full face and neck. The grading decides and the count is written before treatment.
At our Busan clinic yes, in full. Quietly reducing an agreed count to shorten a session is a practice worth asking every clinic about directly.
It firms and tightens. Tissue that has genuinely descended needs repositioning, and heavy descent is a surgical conversation we name rather than avoid.
Four to twelve weeks as the collagen response builds, read against a baseline photograph rather than the day-zero mirror.
Yes — treatment completes in one visit with mild redness settling within a day. The result builds after you fly home.
Doctor-led planning across six categories. Foreign patients pay the same as local patients — what changes a final figure is units and area, never nationality.
