The practical consequence is that Seomyeon Medical Street is not a street in the way visitors expect. It is a district of several blocks in which a large number of clinics occupy the third to tenth floors of ordinary buildings, with ground floors given over to retail.

• From Gimhae International Airport — roughly forty-five minutes by taxi, or the light rail connecting to the subway
• From Busan Station — two subway stops on Line 1
• By subway — Seomyeon Station sits on Lines 1 and 2, with numbered exits leading to different blocks
• By taxi — show the Korean address rather than the romanised one; drivers navigate by Korean text
